First things first, you used her name which is trade marked so you can’t use it. She did not give consent for you to use her name in the first place. The child in question was with her mother who had all rights to the child why do you think there was only a missing persons report for her not a class c felony. She didn’t give false information, she used her world passport which the police did not accept because there uneducated in that aspect of not knowing what it was. They are now holding her for no reason at all agenst her will and they haven’t even booked her and that’s why she has no mug shot, she refused to contract with that police department. I feel bad for you cuz that child didn’t ever want to go back to her father and you did not make a little girl happy. Get all the facts and do your research.
