Modular medical office building nearly ready at new medical center

Construction workers were putting the final touches on the modular medical office building at Jamestown Regional Medical Center this week.
The crews planned to have everything in place for the arrival of the hospital clinic staff and the Jamestown Veterans Affairs Community Based Outreach Clinic starting on Friday. The clinic facility is scheduled to see its first patients Sunday.

Looks like the VA is paying for most or all of this. More Federal money to keep jamestown going. Do you people EVER have anything that DOESN’T involve sucking up tax dollars.

Fred,
You are not being negative, or truthful, you are simply being a pain. Get over it already and find a hobby!!!!!!!!!!!
We get it Jamestown is using all this tax money blah blah blah blah, do you have any other comments other than Jamestown sucks and takes tax money, seriously. Every comment I see from you is bashing jamestown in one way or another.
I would have to say you are truthfully negative.
Jamestown is just the right size, but alot of the things that are here have been here for some time now. Sure we have a tough time bringing in and keeping new business but any town this size has that problem.
I happen to like the size of Jamestown and don’t mind driving the 100 miles to Fargo, Bismarck, or Aberdeen. We also don’t have near the problems that these bigger cities have.
Have a good day Fred, and CHEER UP.

I would like to point out that I have been put on “probation” for saying less offensive comments than Fred Brown, as he has clearly, in many instances, harassed others, gotten off topic, and personally attacked people – let alone stayed civil. How optional are the rules for this message board? I’m looking at you, staff.

What, pray tell is off topic about my post(s)? The first one dealt entirely with the medical building and who was paying for it. The second one countered the points that jackweasel brought up.
True, some of his points did range off topic, but I felt I had a right to refute them. What does your post have to do with the medical center building? Obviously you are the one off topic.

Yeah cause we have so many home invasions in town, guess I never heard about it either. You can’t compare the crime rate in Jamestown to that of Fargo, how do you feel we have the same crime as big towns????? What don’t you get, many people don’t mind if Jamestown doesn’t grow!!!!!!!!!! Do you understand that many of the people that live in Jamestown like it’s size?
So when was this home invasion, I never heard a thing about it?
Oh and thanks for the poke at the name Fred!!!!
I have the feeling that someone “wronged” you somewhere along the line and you are trying to “get back” at them. Fred get over it.

Fred,
I don’t think your “(the name fits you)” shot was necessary.
That said, I agree with almost everything you have posted. It’s tough for people that have never left Jamestown to see its faults. If people keep thinking and saying the same stuff over and over and over, it’s bound to be true. Right?

Someone made the “exact” same comment to me last week about my name, that’s why I said it.

The lot the building sits on, and that they have requested re-lating, appears to be in metes and bounds. What happended to the cities policy on plating and re-plating to not allow the use metes and bounds?
