The 2010 census forms specifically instructed Latinos that Hispanic origins are not races and to select a recognized category such as white or black. It appears now that the response caused an unexpected growth in the U.S.’s white population. Continue Reading
Interesting. On the form I had to fill out for a flu shot, the choices for race were Hispanic and non-Hispanic. That was it.
