Minto potato processing plant destroyed by fire

When I first glanced at the title I immediately thought it was about a surgar plant burning. I guess fires are a part of industry no matter what field of argriculture it’s connected to. I hope the Minto plant fire doesn’t destroy their ability to survive and get some product out?
