Potatoes (and other starch veggies) don’t make people fat. It’s how we prepare them (deep frying) or what we put on them (cheese, sour cream, bacon bits) that make us fat.

Where are Rick Berg and John Hoven? They should be in there asking for the facts to be told about how low fat potato products are good for our kids. Instead, we have Susan Collins, bless her heart, doing the heavy lifting on this. If Berg and Hoven can’t represent North Dakota interests in Washington, DC, they should let someone else do it.
