Recently the School District spent $437 million of my money, now they are giving away my assests! This proposed evelopment will put too much pressure on the trafic carrying capacity of Woodland avenue which has long been used as a main artery to the Central Business District (downtown). With all the additional trafic along this section cars are avoiding it and using the residential Wallace Avenue between Arrowhead Road and Fourth Street, forever changing this once quiet neighborhood into a thoroughfare!
