“Well, with no driver’s license and a felony record, it’s going to be hard to find a job,” Flynn commented. Finally someone in law enforcement admits it! The real penalty here is not the days in jail or community service, it is the (The Life Time Felony Record). This is a, LIFE SENTENCE, which he will never escape. He will never stop paying for his mistakes, there is a real chance he will end up a career criminal and spend a lot of prison time paid for by the taxpayer because of this record! I think a system that allowed for a person to pay the penalty and be done with it, actually have a chance to do good, would be better for all!…
