Love the Kegs….Too bad they can’t move the building to a bigger lot. I remeber back when the spots on the 5th street side you got into from 5th just like you do from the avenues side….And they even had a drive through window on the side.
It’s hard to believe that both the Kegs and the old A&W on Gateway had food delivered to your car even in the coldest parts of winter….Maybe with the economy doing so bad they could actually find people to do that again, but I doubt it….Back then high school and college student didn’t all have cars so they learned to acclamate to the cold more than I would think most students do today (Well not just students….I think it’s true of all of us now that we pretty much drive most everywhere all the time)….Anyway it would be nice if they could open a bit earlier in the spring and stay a it later in the fall….Glad they made the national registery….
