So if the conservation office was so worried about people getting swept down the river if MN power decides to open the damn a bit, wouldn’t it make sense to have a warning siren of some type?
I mean, the area is well known as a great swimming hole and no amount of patroling is going to prevent people from going there. Heck, people kayak that location all the time, but nobody kicks them out.
