Hunter shoots bear, bear attacks hunter

The sheriff’s office in Lincoln County reports a hunter has been attacked by a bear. Investigators say 39-year-old Christopher Halfmann of De Pere was hunting with a group of friends in the town of Harding Sept. 9 when he shot the bear.
