Not everyone will admit they don’t care about their dogs, or dogs in their care, like Susan Syhavong did, but there are a lot of people that don’t care about their dogs, because their actions speak for their lack of care. They like the idea of having a dog. They just don’t like the idea of taking care of it. I can’t tell you how many people just in my neighborhood who don’t make sure their dogs have adequate food, water and shelter, allow their dogs to get tangled up, let them bark for HOURS, let them run at large and let the do their business in other peoples yards and then lie about directly to law enforcement who witnessed these infractions with their own eyes.
Law Enforcement has to be contacted repeatedly to get anything done, as was the case here, and the result here was the prolonged suffering of a four legged creature who deserved better from the people in it’s care. Law Enforcement should of taken that dog away from these pathetic excuses for pet owners in one of the several other times it was contacted.

By demonstrating how clearly they did not care about this dog, It makes a person wonder what else they are capable of?
