if one goes to college, expect to pay for it–especially a “resort” college like NDSU! don’t expect someone else to pay for it! maybe eliminating the transit buses and the free parking spots might cut down on some expenses! overall, if you live here, pay your way! the college students should have a “flood fee” and and “infrastructure fee” levied on them–they use our streets, sidewalks, fire, police, public health, library, etc!
