Church wall repair

Part of a retaining wall along the public sidewalk in front of English Lutheran Church in Ellsworth’s west business district has been replaced. The wall was originally installed when nearby Main Street (Hwy. 10-63) was rebuilt in 1993. Recently, a section of it tipped over and that portion received attention last week. The village hired Mark Blodgett (MB) and Boys of Ellsworth to do the replacement work. Continue Reading
