Sounds to me like more panic over something that they really can’t control, and more ineffectual nonsense to try to make it sound like they’re doing something.
What they are doing is just wasting money, time, and maybe raising false hopes.
I’d suggest going with the flow… Learn to enjoy the clearer waters, switch to bass fishing, and wait and see what happens.
