90% of the fair is the same as it was 20 years ago. There’s nothing else out there that can be brought in?

I find myself wondering how many county fairs in Minnesota still have a free gate?
Used to be that a big part of county fairs was the produce buildings, but since all the fairs have been moved up into July or August, I don’t see how that can be much of a factor anymore.
