American Crystal Sugar company should have taken an example from their competitor to the south, Minn-Dak Farmers cooperative. Minn-Dak gave their Union employees (from the same union) a 4% raise and let them keep their benefits and health insurance. Minn-Dak will roll while ACSC factories struggle if they run at all. I can just see the headlines come May 2012. FARMERS HAUL OUT ROTTEN BEETS!
