There’s lots of information here which I’m guessing most residents didn’t know. Thanks to the Globe for educating us about this type of vandalism. This is how the story should have been written the first time! Great job!

Strangely quiet from the other side today. I wonder why?

I’ve stated my opinion already on this subject. Of course the police take graffiti seriously, I never said they didn’t. Naughtydog your post speaks volumes…….”Strangely quiet from the other side today”. I guess people on this forum have taken “sides”, some of us fall on the side of thinking laws should be followed and when they are broken, law breakers should be held responsible and not have excuses made for them. Some of us are also on the side of pointing out the obvious when others sugar coat things.

Yeah, I know, you were done with this topic.
You must have very little faith in your own theories to stand on their own if you have to twist anyone elses opposing comments to suit your needs. No one with any common sense buys it.
No one has condoned graffiti on the other thread. Not one. How you get to your own conclusion is false. The saddest part about it is that you probably believe it.
“It can be gang-related or individual-based, but the simple fact that it appears doesn’t mean anything more than vandalism.”
Also note:
“Every community has it,”
The Globe should also take note:
“Once it is seen, it can end up everywhere.”
“It’s like it becomes an encouragement for additional graffiti,”
Sort of like printing the picture of the graffiti.
Twice.
