Too bad Dayton was so bull-headed and ignorant. His unwillingness to compromise was the sole cause of the shut down. He had to stick with the Democrat tax-and-spend party principles in spite of the damage he was doing. Thanks Dayton.

Dayton could could have dropped his stand and went with the cut and slash everything route. At least he stood up for the middle/low income citizens.
