The Dell Rapids Mudcats batted 12 men in a nine-run fourth inning on their way to a 13-12 win over the Humboldt/Montrose/Hartford Gamedogs in a quarterfinal game at the Class B amateur baseball state tournament Friday night at Cadwell Park.
