So, what is a county to do with a sex offender? Stake ‘em out on the courthouse lawn? No taxpayer money is being saved. Either the state pays or the county pays. Either way it is the taxpayer who lays those dollar eggs. Send ‘em to Anoka, and let Rep. Abeler figure out how to pay for them.
