Editorial: Trinty hall a valuable part of fair experience

For more than 50 years the members of Farmington’s Trinity Lutheran Church have been a fixture at the Dakota County Fair. For much of that time the church has had one of the fairgrounds’ most permanent presences, a concrete-floored wooden building that has stood since 1968 as the home of the fair food option that least resembles what modern fair food has become.
