It would be funny if it wasn’t so stupid. He won’t say where the sites are in order to protect them, but then he’s going to go out there and do so much work you will likely be able to pick them out from a satellite shot. No question that anyone who really would want to will easily see where to go.
End result is going to be spending a pile of money we don’t have to protect something that really no one cares about. We’ve just created this huge monster to protect everything at all costs.
