Even the Obama haters could not deny how good a visit from the Prez would be for press, and area businesses, not to mention the prestige of a small community to host a sitting president.
My best guess is that he will stop in Rochester not Wgtn thus any people traveling to see the prez will shop, eat, fuel up and lodge there, so fear not haters! Fear not!

Rochester, or wherever, will definitely benefit economically and prestige-wise from the visit. When was the last time any politician of note, or elected official, came to town? People still talk about when LBJ, HHH and RFK visited almost 50 years ago. That’s right, even those who didn’t like these guys remember it.
Gee. I thought all the Obama haters would want to pile onto a bus, load it up with pitchforks and torches, and head east! It’s hard to believe nobody’s organizing this… unless such organization’s taking place underground. Maybe we should make attendance at the rally MANDATORY! Isn’t that what BIG government does??? What say the naysayers? Get your placards ready. Big brother’s going to knock on your door. Fox News will certainly cover it.

It’s kind of a big deal. Fox News certainly did cover it. It’s the main story on their website right now and almost every major news network is covering it.
Obama got out of the Washington bubble and listening to real people. Something more presidents and congress people should do more often.
