They are going to spread, that’s one of the downsides of tieing all those Minnesota lakes to the Red River and no biofilters either.
For some reason North Dakota can’t drain Devils Lake but Minnesota just drains and drains and it’s they who really threaten Lake Winnipeg. In any case, it’s too late, just trying to save a few lakes for awhile now.
