ALL communities have problems. That is why the have law enforcement. This is one individual who got drunk and stupid.
Alcohol tends to do that to people….
The positive message here is that a Worthington Police Office saw a person in need of assistance and attempted to help him. When the man went for the Officer’s gun, the officer’s responded professionally.
Name another town where you have such proactive Officers? Name another Town where a guy went for a cop’s gun and did not get beat up or killed.
A little honesty and common sense will tell you that we have it really good here, thanks in large part to the men and women of the Worthington Police Department.
