The North Dakota University System chancellor asked Dickinson State University President Dr. Richard McCallum to resign in light of a review released Thursday showing about 180 people were enrolled at DSU last fall without their consent.

Another example of the higher education system in ND not being truthful and honest and good stewards of taxpayer funds.
Just like Chapman at NDSU, another ND University president has to resign in disgrace. However the comments I find apalling are: “Staff allegedly felt pressure from McCallum to increase enrollment, according to the internal review.”
“The current leadership has created a campus culture that is divided, one of distrust, disrespect and staff being pressured to engage in unethical, suspect or wasteful activities to meet demands,” according to the report.”
Where are the morals, ethics, honesty, integrity from ND university system employees? Just like Adams, Frantz, and others said about Chapman the guys in Dickinson felt pressured from their president, but they still should have done the right thing upfront, but rather than show they are honest, ethical people with an ounce of integrity they went along with what they knew was the wrong thing – while the presidents get most of the blame (as they should) what does that say about people like Adams, Frantz, or the staff from Dickinson State? I think those staff should also be asked to resign because we don’t need people like that working in the university system.
As North Dakotans who are paying for the universities across the state, we have the right to expect and demand that people who are honest and have integrity and do the right thing no matter what – fire those who reported the incorrect numbers as well because they are not worthy of being paid by the taxpayers of North Dakota. They are just as guilty and their actions show me they have no morals, integrity, ethics or honesty.
