Somethng doesn’t add up….They want to put a station there because the other stations have trouble getting there in 4 minutes or less….Yet they are trying to figure out how to do it with less fire fighters…..If there’s a big fire but only a couple fire fighters to send….Is that much better than getting a full crew there a minute or so later? Not being sarcastic…Maybe they have equipment now that can make a unit with a couple people great for first responders….Just wondering……Also: If they do put one out there then it shoujld be somewhere like the end of Belmont because in a decade or so the town will probably have grown even further south….At this rate I think Thompson will be a subburb by the middle of the century…
