GF City Council OKs $240K Advance to Alerus Center

Alerus Center is a tax payer owned facility that is being used by ACSC to train it’s transient wokers to replace union employees. The union employees are the tax payers in Grand Forks not ACSC or the transient workers. It’s wrong and should be stopped. ACSC and it’s transient worker’s should be kicked out of the building right away. How can the city council sit back and let this happen? Did we build the Alerus Center for it to be used for this purpose?
