If they can not communicate in this country how in the hell did they get here? Lutheran Social Services bring them? If so let them pay for the training. Not my tax dollars.

Foreign hires is a new way life in Dickinson as long as the oil is around. Harvey needs to work on retaining his own employees and improving conditions at the Press before commenting on other areas around town.
