Amazing to see Gimse repeat the lie that spending is going up 6 1/2 %! His senate leader (Amy Koch) has repeatedly admitted that spending actually is going to be the same as it was in the previous biennium.
On June 26 = “Senate Majority Leader Amy Koch has often said that “we’re spending about the same amount that was spent in the last biennium.” House Speaker Kurt Zellers has echoed those words.
