Jamestown College has options

For more than a year now, Jamestown College officials have been trying to determine what the right athletic fit for them is as they determine where they go next.
Little has changed over the last year, in terms of concrete decisions, but unlike a year ago when the Dakota Athletic Conference began to unravel, Jamestown College does now appear to have a few viable alternatives.

I think the best option for Jamestown College and the rest of the DAC is to go D-II and join the NSIC.
The schools are similiar size, travel would be less and it would give them their old rivals back (U of Mary, Minot State, UM-Crookston, Northern State) along with some new ones (MSU-Moorhead, Bemidji State, UM-Duluth, Sioux Falls, etc). It would also give all their sports the same conference rivals as well. Jamestown has the facilities to accomodate. They should think about it.
