I don’t think this lawsuit is really about her rights being infringed upon. This is achieving its intended purpose, which is to get people to talk about her and make headlines. When you have no talent whatsoever, make no contribution to society, and are incredibly shallow and attention starved, how do you get attention? You get arrested, start a reality show, get fall down drunk in public or apparently sue Old Navy. Well done Kim.

Aaron, you have the order of the ‘fame game’ a tad mixed up. First, you need to have a SEX TAPE released…then you get arrested, the reality show…etc. Anyhow, this idiot (and her shallow family) cant vanish fast enough. You have to love how they were so ‘outraged’ over the Casey Anthony fiasco…after their family name came into prominence due to the fact that their father (a lawyer) got OJ Simpson off on murder charges.
