Dickinson officials worked to set the standard for security and alcohol consumption in crew camps during discussion at a City Commission meeting Monday evening in City Hall.

Local officials need to be careful with work camps, especially any where the buildings are brought in and aren’t agency stamped to meet codes. There were given the option of doing an incomplete building inspection but, if they do so, they are held liable for any problems that arise as a result of something they didn’t catch.
