That is the Hal Gershman effect.. Those Leaders who know what is best for you.. Did you all know that at the Arts Center’s ticket prices are just for people who can afford them.. The Arts Center will be a big part of the parking problem during one of their shows.. Parking in the wrong spot and the supporters of the Art Center will never come back due to lack of parking and being towed out of there.. Remember Grand Forks.. You wanted apartments downtown.. What you forgot is the parking problem.. That is the problem with Grand Forks.. Build the apartments first and then we will figure out the parking later.. It’s almost like everything Grand Forks does these days.. The carrot before the cart..
