Thank you to all the volunteers who made this happen, City of Cottage Grove staff, and to Mayor Bailey and Councilmembers Lehrke, Peterson, Theide and Olson for working together to accomplish something for the citizens (both 2 and 4 legged) of Cottage Grove.
