What’s the point of stating, in the very first sentence, that this guy was “convicted twice for theft since 2008″? It’s prejudicial. That “criminal history” is usually saved and revealed at trial.
What happened to the “heavyset” woman in yellow who allegedly carried the loot out of the store? Was she arrested, along with her accomplice? I can’t tell. And, if they were arrested, shouldn’t their names and mugshots be published, too?
