Thats a good thing ,but whats up with these deadbeat parents? It’s your responsibility to feed your kids,not the taxpayers.Don’t have enough time to make breakfast…give me a break..how bout you get up a little earlier and take care of your kids. Like I said I am happy these poor kids at least have something to eat. Another sign of how screwed up this society is. This would be unheard of not too many years ago.
