Why does an administrative judge conduct these hearings? Isn’t it even important enough for the commissioners to listen to people’s concerns?
It seems like it’s a going through the motion to taking public input without needing to really bother with it.
Were all the commissioners out golfing or washing their hair or what exactkt was more important that day?
