Says a lot about the Vancouver fans. Just remember that most of these were the same ones that cheered after Bertuzzi went after Moore. And one wonders why I’m happy whenever the Canucks lose.

I’m not suprised this happened, the same shit would have happened in Boston if they lost. Face the facts Canadian and American behavoir/attitudes are almost the same. People are really stupid this century period. It’s everyones problem.

@bebo: Really? Did Philadelphia riot last year when they lost? DId Detroit and Pittsburgh riot when they lost to each other in the respective seasons? No. Would Boston have done it? Unlikely. Face the facts – Vancouver fans think they’re the best and that’s the end of it.

That is because Canadians think they are better than Americans. Honestly….just go to Target and walk around for an hour and listen to the ones that go through the cashier’s lines. They treat Americans like dirt, so it really is no surprise that they got so mad about losing that they destroy their own town. If you think about it….it really is kind of funny. To destroy your own town and cost your city a bunch of money over a hockey game. @cbeck I completely agree with you

I don’t think it has so much to do with the fans, but rather the questionable idea to show the games on big-screens in the city streets.
