I hope they do some follow up on Walgreens following the building and zoning rules and minding the required distances, unlike the Beacon Pointe/Ledges fiasco. Remember they approved that with the expressed condition that the Lakewalk would be built, but the Beacon Pointe/Ledges condos were illegally constructed too close to the lake. I don’t recall Beacon Pointe/Ledges getting a fine or paying for any fix before they went bankrupt. Don’t let Walgreens get away with murder like that.

I hope they will put turn lanes with arrow signals in all directions with this change.

Clearly the City Council is working to support business. I think the traffic solution sounds like a good plan.
