This is exactly why there is not to be passengers on ATV’s… This individual should be cited for child endangerment as well.. These are machines, not toys, and adults should know well enough not to have children riding on the back of them, especially when they are screwing around on them. I hope and pray these children are ok when all is said and done, but I do think that charges need to be filed. People are not using the caution that the warning are put out for.. There are stickers right on the ATV warning against this, yet parents continue to dismiss them.
