Neighbors deal with raccoon infested house

It would seem reasonable to me that Phipps’ raccoons be relocated to Phipps’ property in Duluth. Likewise all else on his property that is not in compliance. Load it up and bring it to him in Duluth.

It seems like everyone in the article is passing the buck to someone else and using “the law” as their excuse–and then people wonder why someone takes the law into their own hands. I once saw a raccoon attack a hunter because it wanted the duck he had just shot. I don’t blame people for being concerned about their kids.
