Nice to see UMD patting itself on the back for using our tax dollars to clean up after their students. So in return for at least $20,000 we get to hear UMD crow about being a good neighbor?
I prefer it when my neighbors don’t pick my pockets to clean up their messes.

I agree with Duluthian. Seems like one more example of this generation being allowed to delay growing up for even longer–if Mommy isn’t there to clean up after me, my school and the taxpayers will. Send them the bill!

The good neighbor policy UMD has to pick up this crap is a terrific idea and they should be commended for it.
