High school students empty parking lot for Memorial Day ceremony

Nicely done by these students. However, I understand that as soon as the presentation was over, a couple of teenage drivers drove through the yellow tape, onto the parking lot, and spun cookies to obliterate the names of the deceased soldiers. I hope the parents of these drivers are so proud of their rotten kids. If the high school vandals from a few years ago were identified by the security cameras, why aren’t these scumbags identified, tracked down, and punished for this unacceptable vandalism?
