I have come to find out that Kylan Klauzer graduated from DSU and is also good friends with the track coach. Now the picture is clearing up and I can now see why some were let off. If the ones who were let off were watching and did not make an attempt to stop it, they are still guilty.

Of course, if it’s an international DSU student. They are going to get away with it. That’s how it works in this town.
