What a rip off this is!!! Dickinson and it’s surrounding area needs affordable housing not this project! People don’t want to live in communes. They want to live in communities that have nice affordable homes and apartments not something that resembles a prison camp. What they are suggesting is $20,000 a month per building, that’s not help, that’s robbery!
