WILLMAR Tearing down and burying old farm buildings on-site is legally more difficult now than in the past.

So the old chicken house fell down, now what? A government official must inspect the structure prior to demolition, an approved demolition company to do the demolition to government approved specification, site monitoring, not to mention permits. It would give the appearance that this is just another way for the government to try and put a few extra bucks in the coffers, not to mention a few more government jobs. I would expect that people will leave the unsightly structure in a pile right where it fell, or risk the fine.
