When will this guy ever learn??! You would think a man of his age would have learned his lesson by now. Instead of the small fines and slaps on the hand that he has gotten for years, put him in jail for awhile so maybe he gets the hint!

Chuck also tried the same scam with me about 10 years ago when i bought a ’77 truck from him and he was charged me 6.5% tax. I was not aware of the $10 charge on the older vehicles under $3000 law. A family member mentioned this to me a few days later and i confronted him about his “mistake” and got the money owed to me
