Obviously this is considered a done deal. They’ll parade all kinds of new “Experts” to convience the public we need to invest in a new library because this ancient 40 some year old building isn’t able to be upgraded in a more costly manner. Funny how easy it is to justify going for the gold with public funds. If this was a private project that came out of the pockets of those who insist we need an upgrade (I don’t doubt we do) I really doubt a new building would be the first choice….What’s needed is some “Experts” who are unbiased who will look at the project as if money mattered…..

Somehow I find it hard to swallow that a boiler can be running “full blast” when it is 90 degrees outside and cooling the building? That just does not make sense. Obviously the “expert” is biased and I for one don’t totally buy his “Study”.
