Dr. Grael Gannon’s view essentially guts the Constitution as any kind of restraint upon the federal government.

An “elastic constitution” along with a fiat currency is what Christ referred to as a “house built upon the sand”.

Wow! This has to be the height of irony. Ross Nelson commenting on the Constitution! As if he even knows what he is talking about!!! Nelson has no education and no credentials yet he claims to be a Constitutional scholar. What next, Mr. Rogers giving a lecture on on astrophysics to the characters on Sesame Street!!!!!!!! With Nelson’s obviously minute mental capacity, he is in the perfect job doing the only thing he is actually qualified to do–put envelopes into a slot. It requires no brain function whatsoever and is his dream job. Leave the thinking to people who are actually qualified and capable. Stick to sorting mail.

Nelson’s article is obviously over your head. You are the mental midget. Like most ignorant people you scoff at what you can’t understand. There is a royle wedding coming up, why don’t you get interested in that or go out in the woods and match wits with a tree stump.

Nelson has no education? Really? You know this how? I guess you missed his comment about being in grad school. The Post Office is his dream job? You know this how? Talk about being unqualified to say anything…
What do you know about the Marbury decision? Randolph of Roanoke? How many of the Federalist Papers have you read? And yet you think Nelson knows nothing about the Constitution?
Nelson’s education really is beside the point. Either he’s made a valid argument or he hasn’t. Either he is factual or he isn’t. If his arguments are invalid or his evidence not factual, point it out. Otherwise, leave off the ad hominem attacks. For those of us who have an education, we call that a logical fallacy.

All those exclamation points are evidence of your stunning intellect. Tell me, where do YOU work, Mr. Brain.

Nelson has never said what degree he has. It is doubtful he has any. Just because he said he went to college doesn’t mean a thing. I can say I’m the president of Harvard University but that doesn’t make it so.
“Nelson’s education really is beside the point.” Really?! Nelson’s lack of education is THE point. I can read the Torah but that doesn’t make me an expert on Judaism. Nelson commenting on the Constitution as if he knows what he’s talking about is sheer absurdity!
Again, if we ever (!) need an opinion on sorting mail, Nelson is the expert. Leave the real thinking to people who are qualified and credentialed–with real degrees!
